The contract is concluded when you submit a purchase order on our website and receive a confirmation email, which is generated automatically.
The contract is related to the specific goods that are mentioned in the confirmation email of the respective order.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the data presented in the confirmation email, please contact our customer service.

The pricing information on our website is subject to change by us without notice.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices include VAT (where applicable).
The prices of the goods do not include delivery costs.
SECTION 4 - AVAILABILITY
The information displayed on this site related to product availability are subject to change by us without notice. All orders are subject to availability at all steps.
SECTION 5 - DELIVERY
We ship to all countries and APOs, FPOs, and DPOs.
We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the delivery address that you indicated at the time of order.
The delivery costs are informed at checkout or can be consulted on our delivery information page.
We ship the items from the European Union. Shipment of goods to countries outside the European Union may be subject to taxes, customs duties and other charges applied by the country of destination. The recipient of the shipment is the importer and responsible for all import fees.
We are not responsible for any delay in delivery when caused by someone's unavailability to receive the products. It is your responsibility to contact the post office or courier company, as applicable, to arrange for the collection or delivery of products that could not be delivered because you were unavailable.
It may be necessary signature upon delivery of the goods.

Please note that if your credit card or bank account is in a currency other than the US Dollar currency, the company or bank of your credit card may apply the currency conversion costs.
SECTION 7 - RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have the right to cancel the purchase without giving any justification within 14 days after receiving the goods.
You must notify us of your cancellation using our customer service.
You must send the goods back to us in their original condition supporting the shipping costs.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the agreement, we will have refunded you as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days of the cancellation notice.
SECTION 8 - REFUNDS POLICY
You will be refunded for the same payment method used in the purchase.
The refund will be made in 14 days from the date you notified us of the cancellation. We will make a full refund, including the shipping cost, when these are not express shipping. Express shipping such as FedEx and DHL are non-refundable.

SECTION 9 - CANCELLATION BY US
We reserve the right to cancel the contract when:
Insufficient stock
Wrong product price and informations
For some reason, we were unable to deliver to the destination country
If we cancel the contract, you will be notified by email and the amount paid will be refunded for the same form of payment used in the order.
SECTION 10 - TITLE AND RISK
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you and we have received clear funds in full payment for the goods. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
SECTION 11 - LIABILITY
Your use of the website is at your own risk. Where conditions and warranties implied by applicable law cannot be excluded, we limit our liability where and to the extent we are entitled to do so. Otherwise, neither we, nor any of our affiliates, officers or directors nor any of our agents or any other party involved in creating, producing or delivering the website will be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or other damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on the website, including damages caused by viruses or any incorrectness or incompleteness of the information on the website, or the performance of the products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of any such damages.

We will not be liable to you for any delay in delivery of products that you have requested that are caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, blockages and other industrial disputes, breach of systems or access to the network , floods, fire explosion.

If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
